This is one of the nicest cakes I’ve had in a long long time. It was so different! Such a refreshing change from the usual flavours, it was full of different textures of fresh cherries. And so perfectly balanced with the sugar, cheese, chocolate and cherries. Please make it a permanent addition to the menu.
