Our Barks are made with 54% Belgium Chocolate. This is then topped with roasted pistachio's, rose petals & sprinkled with cranberries to balance out the sweetness & tanginess.

I purchases the pistachio chocolate bark and honey coated walnuts. The bark was ok in taste but the walnuts were stale and left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Sadly disappointed with the product.
